Every cleaner at The Clean Haus undergoes an interview with one of the owners and must pass a comprehensive nationwide background check. Only around 10% of applicants successfully become certified cleaners for our company.
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Our Move In/Move Out service provides an extensive cleaning experience. Please make sure the home is vacant before our cleaning team arrives, and that no other individuals (such as movers or tradespeople) are present in the area. Additionally, access to electricity and water is essential!
